I've begun doing plein air paintings as the weather gets more and more gorgeous here in the Adirondack Mountains.  Hopefully my paintings will convey the experience of being in all this incredibly beautiful grandeur which is really overwhelming at times.  Thanks as always for looking!

Cups 'O' Jo

I've recently begun a series of paintings of my cups of coffee; sort of self-portraits through java.  I love coffee- in case that wasn't obvious, and I love seeing other artist's cups of coffee.  There are some beauties out there.
These are actually cups of coffee that I'm drinking or have finished.  I don't set these up, I paint them as found and inspired, where I left them, or where I'm working, sitting, reading etc.  I'll be adding more as I paint them.
